I love when new research comes out proving that what we previously understood, may not be the full truth.

This article depicts how common concussion treatments are limited to ‘rest’- don’t over stimulate the brain. But new research is showing that people who limit brain stimulus experience symptoms far longer than those who continue with regular routine, daily brain activity, and exercise to facilitate brain healing!

I'm far from alone.
