✨ The holidays are around the corner! And what better way to prepare than start a whole new career?! Kidding! But honestly, the future is here guys and it’s freaking amazing! Steve and I have jumped wholeheartedly into this new venture with Physiology First because we want to treat each client as the UNIQUELY WHOLE person that they are and we could not be more excited to offer a number of extended services to both of our businesses to enable that way of practice. Learning all of the new equipment, combing through the data & really coming to terms with how amazing this will be for our community, is hands down one of the most inspiring moments for me, professionally. And well, if I have to learn how to integrate myself with technology then so be it.🙌🏽😂 keep an eye out for the website to drop with AAAALLLLLLLLL the awesome details! 🙌🏽✨

I’ll have my InHarmony sound lounge there for some snack-size stress reducing demos & Steve will have his grip strength tester (dynamometer). Did you know that grip strength is a great indicator of overall strength, cardiovascular health & longevity?!
