🎉📞 Our Penguins & Robins had a blast practicing their listening skills with a fun game of telephone! 🐧🐦 They took turns sharing secrets through a paper towel tube and discovered just how important it is to listen carefully. It’s always more fun when we communicate and connect! 💬✨

Our Home-to-School Connection is all about building strong partnerships between families and teachers by providing instructions for at-home activities for families to do together that match their child’s current curriculum unit with us during the day.

Each month, we’ll share fun, hands-on activities and simple conversation starters designed to:
✨ Keep you connected to your child’s learning
✨ Spark curiosity and creativity at home
✨ Build confidence in the classroom and beyond

Cardinals aren’t the only ones busy this fall—our Penguins are too! 🐧🍁 We used sponges to paint colorful fall leaves on our trees, explored the beauty of the changing season, and had so much fun painting with friends!

Fall time! We explored the beauty of fall through painting! 🍂🎨 The Cardinals created their own colorful masterpieces while we talked about the changing leaves on the trees and the signs of the new season.

✨ Our little artists explored lightning in the sky! ⚡
Each child used a painter’s stick to draw lines—up, down, and sideways—in colorful sand. This hands-on activity helped us imagine what lightning might look like in our dark and gloomy skies.
