After a week away and a day out sick it is good to be back doing what I love. 💜

There is a specific modality called Deep Tissue which has specific techniques. I don't use most of these techniques in my "Deep Tissue" massage. With this in mind I have determined to change the name of the massage I give which I had formerly called a "Deep Tissue".

Now the same service is called The Feel Better Massage!

I do still have Deep Tissue massages available with our Deep Tissue therapist, David Brown. He specializes in traditional Deep Tissue work and also joint mobility and muscle activation.

I hope this clears up any confusion.
