Voices for mental health This is a Safe Space for those those who suffer or have suffered from a mental illness. I believe everybody should have a voice and be able to use it.

A place where we can come together as a community and offer support and compassion while empowering each other to speak up and be heard. I am a Advocate, passionate about helping people in the area of mental health. I believe everybody deserves a safe space to feel comfortable to express how they feel. I like to help people find the services they need to support their needs! I like to direct them into the right direction. I believe and kindness, compassion and empowering resilience! I want to be somebody that people feel comfortable with and I want to be the person they come to when I need somebody to Advocate when their voice is not being heard! I am 44 years old I am currently living in Live Oak florida. I am dislocated for Hurricane Michael I have struggled in my life myself with mental health issues and substance abuse issues. I have had a wonderful therapist I have a great psychiatrist I still continue therapy myself and I absolutely love it! I have a wonderful family and they are my world I have three cats I have a dog! I love swimming I love the beach and I love traveling! And most of all helping people! If you have any other questions feel free to message me! I'm an open book and I love the truth!
