Family Life Care is urgently looking to staff a Client in Lake City with this specific schedule:
Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri from 7:30am to 10:30am (CNA)
Sun/Wed/Fri from 5:00pm to 11:00pm (CNA/HSC)
It would be great if one Aide could take the full case, but we also could split up the AM/PM shifts!
These are very specific times and cannot be changed and more details will be discussed at the in-person interview!
This will be a long-term case, and the care is in the Client's home!

We have client's that are desperately needing services in Suwannee, Columbia, Hamilton and Lafayette counties! We need CNA's, HHA's, and HSC's that are compassionate, empathetic, reliable, but most importantly have the heart to do this job! With everything going on in our world right now it is crucial that our client's get the care and help that they deserve and need! You will get to provide 1-on-1 care for your client/client's that they wouldn't receive in an ALF, or a hospital. Home healthcare is important and makes a difference!
