One of the best things about my recovery is that I have time to focus on new projects. I've learned new POUND choreo, STRONG choreo, Zumba choreo, Pilates choreo and more. All will be incorporated into the morning classes at Suwannee Health and Wellness Gym. Is there any other type of exercise routine you would like to see? Can you let me know? Also in the mornings is Water Aerobics with Sandi.
