​Lifeline for ME, LLC was founded by a mother and daughter team with many years experience in the mental health and substance use disorder fields. We focus on assisting individuals to become more empowered, more independent, and to be able to recognize their full potential. We will operate from a trauma informed and client centered perspective that utilizes an integrative approach, taking into consideration a number of treatment modalities in order to truly individualize treatment plans and utilizing in office, in the community, and teletherapy options. We are a provider of outpatient mental health, substance use disorder, and co-occurring therapy, case management, intensive outpatient groups for substance use disorders, mental health groups, and DEEP services.

Lifeline for ME, LLC is dedicated to empowering individuals wherever they are in their personal journey, welcoming individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds, including co-occurring mental health and medical disorders and working toward destigmatizing mental health and substance use disorders and treatment.

Our virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance use disorder has immediate openings. The program is on Zoom Monday through Thursday, 9am to noon. We accept MaineCare and have two scholarship openings for those who are uninsured. This program is open to Maine residents 18+.
