Late post by time and two weeks, it's our busy season 😆🤷🏼‍♀️

👏🏻👏🏻 April Employee of the Month is Erin Morrell! 🌟🌟

Erin came to us looking for a side gig- she was a highly favored hairdresser that wanted to add more to her plate. Say less, I would have been a fool to over look her job inquiry.

Fast forward to now, Erin works full time for us and she is an asset to our team. To describe her as fantastic is an understatement. Since week 1 we have gotten rave reviews from every business she cleans. "Please never take her away from us, she is so detail oriented and our offices have never looked better!!" - she is constantly making me proud as a boss.

She works well alone clearly, but also on a team. She shows up to jobsites with Berry Fruit Farm treats (mostly so I don't get hangry), ready to work and interacts with our customers so well. ❤️

To all of her old hair clients- I am genuinely sorry, I get it.. I would miss her too. But RCCM is SO lucky to have her.

Thank you Erin, for being flexible, making sure you're always equipped with extra tools, putting forth 100% everyday and being the coworker and employee people pray for. 😁🥰

⭐️ EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH OF MARCH GOES TO Richard Adams! 🥳

Richard was referred to us from his good buddy and now fellow co-worker Russell. Knowing Russ recommended him was a no brainer we just needed to find a spot for him.

Fast forward to hiring him, it was a great decision. Richard is extremely hard working, respectful and willing to do any task asked of him. He has filled roles inside the old Pixelle Mill salvaging equipment and put his time in doing Light Maintenance for Androscoggin Bank.

As of recently he has taken on a new role at MS Ambrogio as a Maintenance Tech. Not only do his immediate RCCM coworkers and managers think he is doing an amazing job, the staff at MSA also sings his praise.

I'm constantly impressed by Richard's work ethic and how he adapts to everything I throw at him.

🌟🌟🌟 February's Employee of the Month goes to 🥁 Alicia 🌟🌟🌟

Alicia is such a genuine, beautiful human. She is also the most gullible goofball 🤪 every day is a treat with her as an employee.

Alicia has worked for us for 4 years and is loved by every customer she has ever graced. She is also an on call employee and is willing to lend a hand 100% of the time. She makes RCCM proud and alleviates stress on the daily.

I have personally watched Alicia overcome hurdles with the most positive attitude and show up for work everyday, giving 100% when she barely had gas left in her tank. She is loyal, hard working and very deserving of this mention.

A huge thank you for always making work a priority, befriending your coworkers and leading teams. You are a well rounded and dependable employee and your management team appreciates you every day 🥰 💪🏻

🤩🤩 January's EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH goes to Ava Roy 🥳🥳

Ava's journey started with RCCM 2 years ago. She called to see if we were hiring on a whim and expressed that she was eager to fill a full time position. Since then she has had a key role in many of our buildings and also is an "on call" employee - willing to cover any shift or building to help her co-workers. She currently just took on her 7th cleaning location for us 💪🏻

The Facility Managers of Ava's buildings rave about her cleaning, she is always early to every jobsite and is happy to accommodate any requests. She possesses many hard working traits that are impressive for her age.

Even though RCCM's customers complain about how chatty and distracting Ava is 😅 (if you know her you'll understand the humor) she makes up for that by keeping me on my toes. Thankfully Ava can read a calendar better than I can and saved next weeks schedules. 🙃 apparently its not Presidents day? 🤭

Congratulations Ava, you've earned it. Employee of the Month and Benny's most favorite sitter 🥰

🌟🌟 DECEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH goes to Janet Stevens 🌟🌟

Janet is phenomenal. Her personailty is great, but her work ethic is even better. You can catch her at HQ getting ready for her shifts before the sun rises and the residential customers love her!

She most often works independently, but she is truly a team player. She looks out for her coworkers- she shows up in snow storms to clean off company vehicles and stays beyond her shift to make sure they have the help they need. Her coworkers and our Residential Lead, Andrea, look forward to working with her every day! 🥹🙌🏻

Not only is she a dedicated employee to TWO occupations, she is a present and proud mother. RCCM hit the jackpot with her. She has made quite the impression in just under 4 months of employment. Just ask Bennett, shes the best part of his week 🧽🐶❤️

If you see her tugging her luggage somewhere, MYOB she's just headed to work 😂🥰 Thank you for your hardwork Janet, you are an asset.

📣 NOVEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH goes to 🥁🥁 Peyton Leigh!

We hired this sweet girl at 16 years old. She's run the RCCM gauntlet. She has worked on traveling crews, independently on the night shift and as of recent shes training her significant other to also become part of the RCCM family. She is an asset to say the least. Tomorrow she starts her new position at Tex Tech.

I have thoroughly enjoyed watching Peyton go from being a shy, quiet girl to a strong independent young lady. Thank you for taking on shifts even when you're admittedly in your jammies and all of the fun videos you leave on the camera. I am so proud of you, Peyton. You deserve the recognition.
