From Back Pain to Long Walks Again 🚶‍♀️ 🐶

When Yvonne first came to us, she was struggling with severe back pain that made even short walks unbearable.

Daily activities felt like a challenge and she worried she’d never get back to doing what she loved walking her dogs.

Back to running again!

I have to be honest, this woman motivates me.

She came to our office with some lower back issues.

After her first 12 visits of adjustments and decompression therapies, she made a huge jump in results.

She knew that it was working and she was thinking about running a marathon again!

Now she has entered a 10k this for the month of February and planning on a half marathon (13.1 miles) in March.

We are so proud of her to get her stride back.
