California Medical Cannabis Patients have a right to obtain medical cannabis. Proposition 64 reserved specific limited authority to local government to regulate non-medical Cannabis businesses. Proper application of case law and statute requires local jurisdiction to put access to medical cannabis to the voters rather than through legislative authority. We are calling on California Legislators to protect and respect the authority of California Voters guaranteed by the California Constitution.
