Thanks for voting us Best in the East Bay! From all your teachers and front desk crew at Dragonfly, BIG gratitude to our wonderful Dragonfly Community, for your love and support as we make this yoga journey together. Our teachers and students endeavor to embody the principles of this practice. Dragonfly is a yoga home for so many, and when our regular students, and out of town visitors alike describe us as “non-corporate” and “pure AF”, we feel we’re being true to our path. When our heart and health are in balance, we feel happiness, enthusiasm and energy. When we are dealing with grief and other strong emotions, the heart is asking to be nourished.
