As a health coach focusing on holistic wellness, I’m excited to share the transformative benefits I’ve witnessed with infrared sauna therapy, both personally and with my clients.

The gentle, penetrating warmth of infrared light creates profound changes in our bodies. During sessions, clients often experience a deep sense of relaxation as the heat works into their muscle tissue, releasing persistent tension patterns from daily activities like desk work or caregiving responsibilities.

Mindful, focused breathing is an effective and easy way to start managing stress and anxiety.

The 4-7-8 breathing technique, also known as “relaxing breath,” involves breathing in for 4 seconds, holding it for 7 seconds, and then exhaling for 8 seconds.

Give it a try. Just make sure you're somewhere safe to relax - like our float pod! You may just fall asleep!
