If you have a teen in your household, make sure they get outside daily if only for a short period of time. Make sure they are eating foods that feed their brain. Have them exercise by dancing, jogging, swimming, walking, biking, skating....something they enjoy or can tolerate. And most importantly, make sure they are connecting with friends, by safe social distancing, or FaceTime, texting is good, but not enough! Love them! This is tough on all of us, but especially for them!

Remote learning, lockdowns and pandemic uncertainty have increased anxiety and depression among adolescents, and heightened concerns about their mental health.
