Halwa Puri Wali Aloo Ki Tarkari, chole and Halwa Puri Recipe

Cholay Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 TBSP oil
1/2 large onion (100g)
5 garlic cloves
1 TBSP shan murgh cholay masala (10g)
1 TBSP whole wheat flour (14g)
2 cups boiled chick peas (250g)
1 1/2 cups of water
Fresh cilantro on top

Aloo Recipe:
2-3 large potatoes (500g)
2 TBSP oil
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tsp crushed red chili
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1/2 green chilies
1 tsp crushed coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp kalonji
2 cups of water
2 TBPS lemon juice
Fresh cilantro

Halwa Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter (2oz/60g)
1/2 cup sooji (100g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2 cups water
Pinch of saffron
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Puri Recipe:
1 cups all purpose flour
1 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 TBSP ghee
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
Water

Pinch of saffron
1 cup wheat flour (150g)
1 cup Besan (150g)
2-3 TBPS Ghee

Chowmein
Ingredients:
300g noodles
2 TBSP oil
1 small onion
1 small carrot
1 cup Mushroom
1 small bell pepper
1 garlic bulb
2 TBSP chili Oil
2–3 TBSP soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 TBSP vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp black pepper
Green onions for garnish�

Cream cheese Wontons
Ingredients:
8 ounce cream cheese
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/4 green chilies chopped
3 stalk of green onions
1-2 Jalapeños - non spicy chili
Wontons wrappers - square with medium thickness

Makes about 25-30 wontons

Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 cups basmati rice (soak for 1-2 hours)
1 tso salt
2 TBSP oil
3 eggs
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 chopped green chili
2-3 TBSP soy sauce
3-4 TBSP green onion
1/4 cup water

Stir Fry Vegetables
Ingredients:
1-2 TBSP sesame oil
25g ginger
1 tsp sugar
1-2 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP sesame
4-5 bay Bok Choy
1 can water chestnut
1 carrot cut into squares
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup broccoli
2 cups mung bean sprout
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning ( optional)

Thai Green Curry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
2 TBSP Oil
4-5 garlic cloves
1 green chili
500 grams boneless chicken breast
3 TBSP green curry paste (Mae Ploy)
1 cup sliced bell pepper
1 can water chestnut 8 oz
1 can baby corn
2 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1 can coconut milk (40ml)
