In my current role at the hospital I run a dept. I have seen a huge change in the past 10 months of me running it all for the better. But there is still some change that needs to happen. I was wondering how to get there and what the first step was going to be. So I was looking up 30 day challenges. I came across this book.

I think in this day and age we all need to be kinder to each other. So, I'm going to encourage my staff to do this challenge with me and continue to improve the team and continue to make it a more unified department.

I'm sure this will carry over into my home life because living with a teenage girl is not easy on either of us.

I'll keep you posted.

Well this happened. I was one of the nurses selected to represent nurses in the for Nurse's Week.

Nurse's week is next week I have been fortunate to learn from, work next to and with many amazing beautiful nurses. Here is to all of you who have made a difference in my life, and our patients lives. I'm very blessed to be able to do this work.
