Step onto your mat and explore the foundations of Dharma Yoga in this beginning-level class. 🌿
We’ll flow through Surya Namaskar Vinyasa and Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level I to awaken the body, increase flexibility, and energize the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided through a gentle yet powerful sequence of:

🌸 Stretching
🌸 Backbending
🌸 Twisting
🌸 Mild inversions
Each class closes with Deep Relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation, leaving you feeling clear, balanced, and at peace.
