This 6-week Kundalini Yoga Foundations series is an invitation to strengthen your nervous system, clarify your mind, and deepen your connection to your authentic self.

Through breath, mantra, movement, and meditation, each week will gently build on the last — offering practical tools for steadiness, resilience, and inner awareness in everyday life. 🌙
