Update: New patient policy!

We will now be accepting transfer patients with private insurance and continue to accept transfer patients with Tricare insurance!

We will continue to accept ALL newborn babies straight from the hospital with ANY insurance.

Good morning everyone. With the holidays approaching we are seeing a significant amount of sick visits each day. Please remember to call early the day you want to get in for a same day sick visit as we are filling up quickly.

That being said we do want to remind everyone that we have a 10 minute grace period for those running late. Providers schedules are filling up for the day and if it is past the 10 minute mark after your appointment time there is a chance that you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you know that you are running late please give the office a call to see if we can still see you or if you should reschedule.

As everyone is aware there is a nationwide labor shortage. We have experienced an increase in inappropriate behavior directed at our staff and therefore we are implementing a Zero-Tolerance Policy. Our staff does their best to answer your call as soon as they can. Please be patient with us all as we work through these difficulties in shortages. The Zero-Tolerance Policy references any abuse towards our staff, whether it be in-person, over the phone, or any other communication device. Please remember to sign up for our patient portal as it can be a great tool to minimize waiting on the phones to communicate with our staff. If this behavior does occur you will be warned once and if it continues you will receive a notice in the mail allowing 30 days in order for you to find a P*P at a new pediatrics office. Thank you again for being patient and remember to choose kindness!
