Finally got my medal in for the 10k in honor of su***de prevention month! I love doing virtual races because you go at it in your timing. You can walk, run, ride a bike or my personal favorite… get on a rowing machine and get after it!

AFSP Out Of The Darkness Walk in Pasadena, TX was a great time! So many incredible conversations about mental health happened today!

Special thanks to all who stopped by offering such kind words and encouraged me to keep doing this!!

But my favorite part… Was finding sunshine being regifted for somebody else to find!
