Every month, we host a "family night" where we invite our residents' families & our own families as well. It's a beautiful time to get to know each other, slow down, and reconnect. Tonight we celebrated the risen Messiah. 🩵

One thing you'll hear me repeating over and over as the director of a memory care is, "They may forget who they are, who you are, and where they are, but they'll never forget how you make them feel."

Our Beverly was journaling in her room and came out to share what she had written about our memory care and the staff. She wrote the highest compliment we could ever receive, that it feels "at home here."

What a beautiful reminder that home is a feeling, not a location. 🏠 ❤️
