LOOPINI PIZZA: Imported from Italy and made with nutrient-dense lupini bean flour, this delicious pizza is packed with protein and fiber. Just half a pizza provides 25g of protein and 9g of fiber. Add your favorite veggies for a balanced, satisfying meal.

SWEET GARLEEK: These little tins might remind you of tinned fish, but they’re actually filled with richly marinated vegetables with lots of flavor. While they’re a bit of a splurge, keeping a tin or two on hand can instantly elevate simple grilled chicken into something that tastes gourmet!

TRADER JOE’S SPRINKLE COOKIES: At 5 calories per cookie, they are small, but mighty in taste and crunch. Crumble a few on Greek yogurt with berries for a bit of fun or enjoy a handful for a portion controlled sweet treat.

⭐️YOUGH PIZZA: My book club couldn’t wait to try this new pizza, so we had Instacart deliver it ASAP. This Greek yogurt-based dough did not disappoint. It’s made with simple ingredients and delivers great flavor. Each 1/3 of the pizza has around 330 calories, 7g of fat, and an impressive 20g of protein. Pair it with a fresh salad and add grilled chicken for an extra protein boost, if you’d like.

⭐️MOONIONS: If you loved Funyuns as a kid (or still do), you have to try these onion snacks! Made with avocado oil and a handful of simple ingredients, they’re a better-for-you option without giving up the classic flavor. Plus, the generous 16-ring serving size keeps you crunching for a while!

⭐️TRADER JOE’S PATAGONIAN SCALLOPS: When you need a quick, no-fuss dinner, these mini scallops are a great freezer staple. They thaw and cook in minutes, making them perfect for tossing into salads, pastas, or your favorite dishes. I made mine in the air fryer, and they were ready in no time.

⭐️SIMPLY SMART CHICKEN STRIPS: I’ve always been a chicken finger fan, and that’s not changing anytime soon. I absolutely love these lightly breaded strips from Perdue. I tossed them in the air fryer and they came out perfectly crisp and delicious. Enjoyed them with a little organic ketchup for dipping and a fresh salad on the side to keep things balanced.

You get 8 dates for just 120 calories, only 1g of fat, no added sugar, and 4g of fiber. A sweet, tangy treat you can feel good about. I found mine at World Market, but you can grab them online too.

⭐️MIRACLE NOODLE: I discovered these on a trip to the West Coast and now I’ll be stocking up on Amazon. This entire package of egg white noodles is just 45 calories and packs in 10g of protein. I heated them up with a scoop of cottage cheese, Parmesan, tomato sauce, broccoli, and grilled chicken for a delicious, high-protein meal.

⭐️PROPER GOOD OVERNIGHT OATS: These delicious bowls make it so easy to have a healthy breakfast ready and waiting in the morning. Each serving provides 15g of protein from whey to help keep you full and fueled. Want a complete breakfast or anytime meal? Stir in cottage cheese or Greek yogurt for an extra protein boost. ⭐️MAKE-YOUR-OWN MARSHMALLOW PB FIBER TREATS: This tastes just like a peanut butter Rice Krispie treat. To make one bar, mix 2 tablespoons of Toonie Moonie Marshmallow Creme (or Fluff) with 1 tablespoon of Better ’N Peanut Butter and ¼ cup of Smart Bran. Refrigerate for a few hours, then enjoy!

⭐️DOUBLE GREEN MATCHA TEA: After an amazing trip to Japan, I came home with a renewed love for matcha. ⭐️TRADER JOE’S GOURMET JELLY BEANS I’ve loved jelly beans since childhood and still enjoy them as an adult. Although they’ve been around for a while, I only recently discovered Trader Joe’s version, and they’ve quickly become my go-to when I’m craving something sweet. I love that they’re made without artificial colorings, and with about four calories per bean, it’s easy to portion exactly how much I want.

⭐️LITTLE SPOON MINI TURKEY KALE MEATBALLS: These cute little turkey meatballs are perfect for on-the-go snacking, but super convenient for a meal too. 24 pieces are a serving and made from simple and tasty ingredients. I grabbed a bag of these at my local Target.

⭐️WHOLLY AVOCADO SMASHED AVOCADO: If you are like me and eat avocado almost daily, you’ll be happy to keep these convenient packs on hand in your refrigerator. It’s not always easy to purchase and ripen fresh avocados at your whim, so I love having them as an alternative. 1 mini cup is 130 calories, 11g fat, and 3g fiber coming from 1 ingredient… Haas Avocados. Use 1/2 cup if you want a smaller portion without forgoing taste.

⭐️TRADER JOE’S PROTEIN PANCAKES: Have you been lucky enough to score one of these packages? They have been selling out by mid-morning at many locations, and now I know why. Each yummy pack provides 20g protein and paired with a cup of mixed berries, makes a quick and tasty meal.

⭐️GOODLES SINGLE SERVE CUPS: I love classic Mac and Cheese, and I love Goodles boxed Mac and Cheese - but it’s not always easy to prep a box. Thank you Goodles for making these easy to prepare cups. Not only are they yummy, but you can mix in cooked protein and veggies for a complete meal.

⭐️JESSE & BEN’S ROSEMARY GARLIC FRIES: Here are the ingredients for these awesome fries: Potatoes, Avocado Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, and Rosemary. Delish, healthy, and easy to prepare!

⭐️WHOLE FOODS STUFFED BUTTERNUT SQUASH: Check out this limited edition frozen stuffed butternut squash at Whole Foods! This savory meal has a delicious medley of veggies, chickpeas, quinoa, and seeds. Simply pop into your oven for about an hour and serve as a plant-based meal or slice up as a side dish.

Here are a few items I’ve been enjoying over the summer and in recent days…

MISO GINGER DRESSING: I usually make my own salad dressings, but this delicious organic miso ginger dressing is a new go-to for me. With only 60 calories and 2g fat in 2 tablespoons, I feel better about using a drizzle on top of my salad or as a dip for grilled chicken or shrimp.

BUILT PUFF BARS: I love Puff bars, especially when I’m craving a sweet treat. The coconut flavor reminds me of a chocolate covered marshmallow bar and the protein source is from whey and collagen, which provides 17 grams. Unlike other chocolate bars, this has only 3g fat and 140 calories per bar.

CHOCOBITES: Many of you may be familiar with Alyssa’s Oatmeal and Vegan Bites sold at your local grocery store. This chocolate version is hard to find, but you can order them online at www.AlyssasCookies.com. I love that they are chock full of fiber with 8g in each 2 cookie serving and only 100 calories and 4g fat.

SEAFOOD PAELLA FROM LIDL: If you have a Lidl near you, check out this Seafood Paella. It’s great as a quick and easy base for a meal and you can make it healthier by adding your own veggies and extra protein such as chicken breast or additional seafood.

NUMA TAFFY: Loving these individually wrapped taffy candies for approximately 35 calories each. They can be hard when you buy them, so I followed the recommendation on the bag and put them in my pocket to soften up and it worked!

PIP’S HEIRLOOOM CINNAMON SUGAR TWISTS: These delicious twists are a great crunchy snack and made with healthier avocado oil. Just be mindful of your portion… it’s easy to eat the entire bag!

SPROUTED PROTEIN OATMEAL: This gluten-free oatmeal was a great find at my local Whole Foods. The 10g of protein is vegan, as it comes from beans. I mixed in a handful of blueberries for some extra fiber and flavor.

RICOTTA TORTA SNACK: If you haven’t tried Ines Rosales Tortes (they come in a variety of flavors), give them a try. I cracked one into a few pieces and scooped them up with 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese for a yummy snack!

ONCE UPON A FARM MEAL STARTERS: Don’t sleep on these toddler meal starters! You can make a quick and easy meal for any age… Simply microwave and mix in a cooked protein (I used Trader Joe’s fully cooked organic chicken). They are made with veggies and healthy oils such as olive and avocado. Tasty and easy!

SIGGI’S PROTEIN PACKS: These are great grab and go yogurt Skyr packs. They are made with simple ingredients and without gums. Each pack provides 110 calories and 11g protein.
