Must be able to lift 50lbs, cook a meal, clean, complete laundry, understand shopping tasks, med reminders only. Help with personal care; this would be helping in and out of the shower, helping dry a client off, and helping them dress.

Congrats to Kayla and all the staff. We had our friends from HHSC contracting ( Medicaid). Kayla made a 97. That is the highest score in 7 years. I am so proud of and for her. She has not been in her chair that long.

The house is not as clean as it once was, spoiled food is in the fridge, and their hygiene has decreased by 50%. Dad can't get Mom to go to the Beauty shop for her Friday 10 am standing appointment.
