I didn’t choose this path. It unfolded beneath my hands.
I began my journey as a massage therapist — almost 30 years ago- drawn to the quiet language of the body, to the subtle wisdom found beneath the skin. I thought I was learning a craft, a skill. I thought I was helping people release tension and find relief.
But from the very first moment I placed my hands on another human being, I felt it —
a world beneath the surface.
Emotions swimming just under the skin.
Grief curled up in the muscles.
Stories held in the bones.
The body was speaking, and I could hear it — not with my ears, but with something deeper.
At first, I didn’t understand what I was feeling. The sensations, the images, the subtle shifts of energy — they came like whispers from another realm. But with time, I began to listen more closely, studied, explored & the more I trusted what I sensed, the more the work began to change me.
Massage became a threshold.
A ritual.
A sacred space where the physical, emotional, and spiritual began to weave together.
I let go of trying to “fix” and opened instead to holding space.
I learned to follow the body’s intelligence — to move with it, not against it.
To let the breath guide the way.
To honor each session as a ceremony.
Over time, my practice evolved — organically, intuitively — into something much deeper. I began to integrate somatic awareness, breathwork, energy healing, and ritual. I followed the threads of what each person’s body was asking for — not from a script, but from a place of deep presence and reverence.
Now, I no longer see myself as just a practitioner.
I am a spaceholder, a guide, a weaver of remembrance.
I walk with people as they return to the truth of who they are —
not just through release, but through reconnection.
Through ceremony.
Through sacred witnessing.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not a destination — it is a return.
A return to the body.
A return to the breath.
A return to the soul.
If you are ready to remember what your body has always known,
I am here to walk beside you.
