We love investing in state of the art equipment which provides strong foundational lessons for clinicians!

Life saving measures that seem basic don't necessarily reflect the same perception when challenged against real time data however they can be the balance between life and death.

We are happy to annouce we closed the deal today on a really cool investment to better the practice of our students!

What is it???? You'll have to follow and see but it will show up in the next 90 days. Our Fall EMT students will be the 1st to use the device and we are excited to add this to our toolbox to continue to build that incredibly stable foundation of which will develop that core initial memory you will easily revert back to.

EMT-B is an entry level certification/licensure but is vital in the EMS system. It is firmly believed we will be the first in the state to utilize this type of technology which will positively support each and every one of our students and the patients they interact with.

We are proud to announce that out of our 14 Spring EMT graduates, to date 10 have taken their National Registry test and 9 have passed on their first attempt. This brings us to a prideful 90% first pass rate. In comparison to the national average first pass rate of 68% this makes us extremely proud and even more thankful for our lead EMT instructor Amber Olson, our awesome team, and engaged students! 👏🏻

The end of EMS Week 2025 has arrived. This week is set aside to honor those who have served in the EMS profession. This year's theme was We Care.For Everyone. At Crux Med Ed this statement is defining both internally and externally from our company.

Reflecting on this week as well as the many years spent in the profession is always a wonderful thing. EMS is so much more than simply becoming a technician. It is honing our craft of clinical delivery, excellence, mixing in a splash of psychology, sociology, compassion, counseling, communication skills, professionalism, critical thinking and problem solving.

Responses to calls for service can vastly differ from each other and we need to be remain flexible, safe, and prepared for our next challenge. At Crux Med Ed we are committed to setting you up for success to face these challenges.

At Crux Med Ed we are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team of working professionals. All of our instructors currently work in the field, are committed life-long learners, and are dedicated to the craft and our students. Their expertise and presentation styles are extremely valued and appreciated.

To all who are in the field, whether it be by ground, air, standing watch on a fire line, community paramedicine, off shore, remote, wilderness, working in hospitals, tactical medics, we thank you! To all of those who support us and assist us in our journey - nurses, physicians, 911 dispatchers, county/city and state officials, etc. We thank you! To our past students who trusted us with their educational needs, Thank you! Departments that send their staff to us, Thank you! We couldn’t be more proud of this group. This is our now graduated inaugural EMT class. These individuals have dedicated themselves, worked hard, and have now completed their initial training class with flying colors. They are now eligible to sit for their National Registry of EMT exam, Montana licensure, and further their careers in Emergency Medical Services. Huge thanks to Amber Olson our lead instructor for her amazing drive, knowledge,leadership, and passion for educating this fine group as well as all of our adjunct instructors who have provided so much to these folks. Extremely proud of our entire team.

Good luck to you all in your future endeavors. Thank you for choosing Crux Med Ed as your educational platform and we’ll see you out there 🙂.

This is group is awesome. It’s hard to believe they have less than a few weeks left on this initial EMS. Here they are learning obstetrical emergencies, delivering babies, and then caring for the newborn. Keep up the great work team!
