✨ Never Put an Expiration Date on Your Potential ✨

Y’all, I cannot tell you how much joy it brings me to watch people absolutely thriving at every age.

I just watched a feature by Sierra Clark on the oldest Ironman Champion, and let me tell you… it will light a fire in your spirit.

Here’s the part that really got me:
She didn’t even begin training or truly step into fitness until her 50s.

Let that sink in for a moment.

So many people believe there’s a moment when opportunity passes us by… when strength, endurance, or big dreams somehow belong to the younger crowd. But stories like this remind us that growth, strength, and achievement don’t come with an age limit.

They come with a decision.

A decision to start.
A decision to believe in what your body can still do.
A decision to get your mind right, as Tony Horton always says.

And he’s absolutely right.

Because long before the body changes… the mindset does.

Hey everyone! I’m back with some exciting news. I am taking health coaching clients. I am still doing all personal training out of the PCFYMCA, however I am expanding out into Wellness Lifestyle Coaching, I have been a busy bee 🐝 over the past few years getting more advanced certifications and nutrition as well as menopause education. I am now a certified Menopause Coach as well as getting very close to my board certification in Health Coaching. I am a Cancer Exercise Specialist and Cancer Nutrition Educator and Health Coach. I could list a lot of other credentials but I’m boring you already. Stay tuned as I add more to this new space I’m walking into and I am hoping to help you walk through the challenges, changes and opportunities that this crazy Midlife journey brings. I always feel the best coaches are the ones walking along side of you. I like to do little health challenges at times just to give me a boost when I’m feeling down in my fitness. It’s been a rough few weeks! I needed a boost. Soo I completed 5 days of extra fitness by adding 30 reps of something besides my routine to my day. I couldn’t count classes I taught or took only single exercises. It was a great way to make myself feel better and I would challenge you to try it!

Use the weight appropriate for you and pick your own exercises. I would love for you to post ahat you do in the comments so we can all share in the creation of a bunch of fun workouts ! I’ll start by posting what i did this week in the first comment .
