Here are a few ways to stay grounded this summer: ✨ Take a mindful walk—notice the warmth on your skin, the colors of the sky, the sounds of nature. 🍓 Eat seasonally—savor the taste and texture of fresh summer fruit. 🌊 Practice “five senses” grounding at the beach or poolside—what can you see, hear, feel, smell, and taste? 🧘♀️ Try breathwork outdoors—inhale the fresh air, exhale tension.
