Our team members here at Vickery’s Sweat Shop are big believers in the mental and physical benefits of exercise, and we want to help more people experience these benefits for themselves. The first DEKA Quarterly Challenge of 2026 kicks off TODAY — March 1st — and it’s about to get FAST. 💨

Meter Madness is a high-speed, 10-minute team relay where you’ll rotate through all-out bursts on the Row and Ski, powered by an alternating buy-in of weighted lunges or weighted burpees.

How to get involved:

👊 Build Your Squad: Grab 3 friends and form your 4-person team (Male, Female, Co-ed, or Youth)

📍 Sweat Shop Gym, your ONLY local affiliate gym. DEKA Quarterly Challenges must take place at a DEKA Affiliate gym.

🏆 Win the Gold: Help us climb the leaderboard and chase the coveted Gold Spartan RAM Trophy.

⏳ Runs March 1–31. We will be hosting the challenge during regular DEKA class times this month. Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Tuesdays at 8:30am.
