For your motivation this Monday we're shouting out our Hoboken Clinic Director, Samantha Marri, for CRUSHING her HYROX goals this season!

Last month, Sam competed in the Women's Division in Miami and two weeks ago competed in the Mixed Doubles Division, setting a PR at both races!

For those unfamiliar, HYROX is a race consisting of 8 functional strength exercises with a 1 kilometer run between each station. It's TOUGH, but our girl dominated and we couldn't be prouder! Truly taking the idea of "movement is medicine" to the next level.

Also, shameless plug - but if you're in Hudson County and compete in HYROX or Crossfit and you're needing some fine tuning to get you through the rest of your race season, make sure to see Sam or one of our other clinicians who truly know what you need to perform your best.

Some Feel Good vibes for your Friday!

Our Waldwick crew dinked their way to the weekend during a pickleball event at Hoop Heaven. The entire team had a blast! Big shout out to our patient, Manny, for coordinating and organizing.

Over the weekend we had some of our Team Excel members participate in the Jersey City Marathon! 🏃🏃‍♀️

Physical therapists, Jen Luby (Old Tappan) and hometown girl, Tina Gibble (Jersey City) ran the half marathon, while Livingston Clinic Director, Antonio Sapienza, ran the whole 26.2!

Great job to our squad in accomplishing their goals. We are proud of you!

Winter Weather Incoming! 🌨 ❄️

It’s hard to deny the beauty of a white winter. But for many people, these festive months can bring fear along with the fresh frost. According to the CDC, falls are the leading cause of injury-related deaths among adults 65 and over in the United States. And it’s no surprise that fall risk increases with icy conditions. The good news is most falls are preventable!

Wall physical therapist, Isabelle Flores, is dropping some tips on how you can prevent falls during this upcoming winter weather.
