I am unapologetically 1 of the 4. 💚

About 10 years ago, I experienced a complete nervous breakdown — a season of life that profoundly changed my perspective. Through that journey, I came to understand that life is rarely black and white. Instead, it exists in countless shades of grey, each carrying its own beauty, complexity, and meaning. Those shades should be met with compassion and understanding, never shame.

I remain deeply grateful for the daily antidepressant medications that help support my mental health, as well as for the unwavering love and encouragement of my family and friends who walked beside me during my darkest moments.

There is still much work to be done to break the stigma surrounding mental health struggles. Seeking help, accepting support, and speaking openly about these experiences are not signs of weakness — they are acts of courage, resilience, and hope. ❤️
