We are incredibly thankful to be part of our students’ journeys—each one unique, inspiring, and full of potential. Every day, they teach us patience, strength, and the beauty of seeing the world through a different lens.

We continue to pray for greater acceptance, deeper understanding, and a more inclusive world for all individuals on the autism spectrum. Together, we can create a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and celebrated.

My favorite ABA term is generalization—because skills only matter if they’re used in everyday life.

I love what I do, the kids & families we teach, and the people I work with!

At its core, ABA focuses on teaching communication, independence, and essential life skills while always respecting each person’s unique needs and strengths. It’s all about improving quality of life through patience, compassion, and understanding. 🌱

One principle Ashley uses every day is positive reinforcement. She’s seen firsthand how powerful it is to recognize and encourage what others are doing well. Whether it’s with children, coworkers, or family, simple praise can build confidence and inspire people to keep growing. ✨

Michaela wishes more people understood that children with autism often just need to be taught in a different way than neurotypical kids—and that’s exactly what ABA therapy is at its core: a more focused, individualized way of teaching that helps kids thrive. 💙

She loves how practical ABA is, not just at work but in everyday life too! From using reinforcement to (successfully!) encourage her husband to do more laundry, to helping a friend’s daughter learn to enjoy peas and other veggies 🥦—these strategies truly make a difference everywhere.

For Michaela, ABA isn’t just a job—it’s a powerful tool for creating positive change every day.
