For years, I lived in fear of my next meal.

Garlic? Nope.
Apples? Off the list.
Sweet potatoes? Forget it.

I was exhausted—from the bloat, the gas, the brain fog…

and from thinking about food 24/7.

Doctors said, “You’re fine.”

But I knew I wasn’t.

I tried every “gut-healing” diet.
Low FODMAP.
Dairy-free.
