Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects millions of people — veterans, survivors of violence, first responders, and anyone who has experienced trauma. It's not a sign of weakness. It's a human response to extraordinary stress.

At Hegira Health we believe that healing is possible — and no one has to walk this journey alone.

✅ Learn the signs
✅ Listen without judgment
✅ Support access to care

If you or someone you love is struggling, we’re here to help. Reach out. Speak up. Break the silence. 💬
