Sitting with Plants with on Sunday was so amazing!

This month we learned about the medicinal and metaphysical properties of Blue Vervain.

We meditated. We sat with her, spending time in her energy.

Right across from the industrial park where I work, is a parking lot where I like to eat my lunch. There's an old apple orchard, or what's left of one, and underneath, a family of playful groundhogs. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them romp, snack and play, and wash their little noses in the bright sunshine.
