I graduated from the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in 2001, and have been improving my skills, learning new skills, and gaining experience as a professional massage therapist ever since. All MTM employees have graduated from an accredited school in the field of massage therapy. In addition to their schooling, they are also nationally certified therapists through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). All of our therapists are required to have a minimum of one year of massage experience outside of their schooling. Finally, each of our therapists is insured through the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), which requires that they attend continuing education in the massage field to stay current in the latest knowledge and techniques available.
