We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Drs. Kayla Smith, Brett R. Arnold, Teoman Ermete, and the entire Suburban Eye Care team would like to spotlight our optometrist, Dr. Yousif Ghaleb.
Yousif Ghaleb, O,D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry and earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University.
Dr. Ghaleb specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of eye conditions, from temporary concerns to long-term vision care needs. His expertise includes ocular surface issues, dry eye, glaucoma, retinal conditions, refractive errors, and pediatric eye care. He is particularly experienced in caring for patients with diabetes-related eye conditions, providing emergency eye care.
Inspired by personal experiences with significant eye health challenges in his teenage years, Dr. Ghaleb is passionate about improving his patients' vision and overall quality of life. He has a keen interest in low vision care, helping individuals maximize their visual potential for daily living. Most of all, he values the opportunity to connect with his patients and make a meaningful impact on their lives through better vision.
