Conflict is inevitable, but how we handle it makes all the difference. Here are a few strategies to resolve conflicts effectively:

🔹 Listen First – Understand the other person’s perspective before responding.
🔹 Stay Calm – Emotions can escalate situations. Take a deep breath and approach with a clear mind.
🔹 Find Common Ground – Focus on shared goals rather than differences.
🔹 Use "I" Statements – Express your feelings without blame (e.g., "I feel hurt when...").
🔹 Know When to Pause – Sometimes, stepping away can help both parties gain clarity before continuing.
