Hmmm Journaling...
For this month's calendar, we'll be utilizing journal prompts. Feel free to switch them up as you please, this is your journey! Try to do a little at least a few times a week. The topics consist of a mix between healing and growing prompts, relationship and connection prompts, hope and intentional living prompts, self-compassion and identity prompts, and emotional awareness and expression prompts.
Now, many clients have expressed that journaling in the form of writing just wasn't their thing...and that's okay! Everything isn't for everyone. However, the purpose is for you to get out of your head...your thoughts and emotions can't stay trapped in there to simmer in your soul. Let's try something new! There are many ways to utilize journal prompts, whether if its through writing, praying to a higher power, or talking to yourself on the way home from work. Some of my clients even utilize voice notes or X accounts without followers. Lol Whichever way you choose, Let's get it out!
