We are the Livonia III location for Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy. Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient PT clinics.

Our mission is simply to be the best source of outpatient PT. By the best, we mean the clinics with the highest levels of patient satisfaction, and the best objectively measurable outcomes. As much as possible we want our patients to enjoy therapy as well as getting clear improvements in their health. This location, run by Clinic Director Kara Carravallah, has been open since May 2016. Big and exciting news friends! We have decided to combine our Livonia 2 and Livonia 3 locations on Middlebelt to become, "Team Rehabilitation Livonia East"!!

Jeff Dehn and the wonderful team at Livonia 2 have officially moved in with us (20276 Middlebelt, Suite 8)! We are doubling our therapists, expanding our specialty offerings, and becoming a unified Livonia physical therapy powerhouse under one roof!

Livonia Fire Department Union has a strong tradition of supporting local charities and fundraisers through various sporting events. We are proud to be part of the Detroit Burn Center Softball Tournament, taking place on July 27-28th at Bicentennial Park in Livonia. This event brings together local departments and organizations from across the country.

Our Livonia Firefighters Charity fund prioritizes local and regional initiatives, such as assisting families in our region during challenging times and sponsoring trade school opportunities for Livonia Public Schools students. Join us in making a difference in our community and beyond!

Why the NuStep?
NuSteps allow us to warm up our patients in a low stress way and is some of our patients favorite pieces of equipment to use in the Gym. Using a recumbent bike can be more comfortable on the the back and legs rather than a stationary bike by providing more support and minimal stress on the joints.
(Pros of our clinic, you can watch TV while doing your warm up!)
