Over the last several months, I’ve mostly been quieter on here. Part of me needed to pull back after going live daily. But more than that—I needed to get quiet enough to hear my own soul.

I’ve been journaling my heart out.
Writing poetry. Romancing my life.
Sewing. Creating. Running my healing business.
And of course… full-on sports mom mode. 😉

But in the quiet, in the stillness, a fire was lit.

This week, I channeled in my journal:
“I am the CEO + Creative Director of my life.”
I didn’t plan to write it. It just… came out.

Then I asked myself— “How would I move today with that energy?” That question changed everything.

I cleaned off the chair (you know the one - with the sky-high laundry pile 😅).
I created a t-shirt. I ate well. I moved my body. And in that shift, I felt her…

The version of me who had been waiting to come alive.

And that’s when Ignite HER was born—
A reawakening for the woman who’s done feeling “blah.” Who’s ready to reconnect to her own fire. To reclaim her desires. To remember who she is.

This is just the beginning. 🔥

I just realized something that could be very helpful to some people, that I've overlooked in my business.

Did you know that you could use afterpay for your massage?! Probably not, because I haven't told anyone. 😆 I sent a client a payment link today, and she saw afterpay as an option, and she said 'If I can pay that way I can definitely come in more often!!'

To use in person you can just tap your afterpay card from your digital wallet, or I can send you a payment link to click and pay from there.

I'm happy to offer packages or single sessions this way.
Does this change the game for anyone?! I have a couple openings tomorrow and Friday if you want to take advantage, lmk.
