It is the 1st of August which means in the northern hemisphere it is Lughnasadh! It is time to celebrate the first harvest of the year! And recognize that soon the hot summer days will come to an end. Seed will soon begin to drop to make sure that the next year harvest will be plentiful.
Some foods for today are: Apples 🍎, Grains 🌾, Breads 🍞 and Berries🫐🍓.
Herbs and flowers: all Grains, Heather, Sunflowers 🌻 and Sloe.
Crystals: Amber,Carnelian, Moss agate, Citrine.
