M & M Home Care provides very specialized care to Michigan Auto No-Fault, Work Comp and Private Duty cases.

M & M Home Care specializes in caring for Michigan No-Fault Auto and Worker’s Comp accident cases resulting in traumatic brain, spinal cord and other catastrophic injuries. Not only do we serve our clients with compassion and excellent care, we offer caregivers and nurses to serve clients with a wide variety of home care needs – from basic to complex. Plus all of our employees and clients are supervised by nurses – so clients get the best care possible. In addition to caregivers and nurses, we also have a team of outstanding therapists including: Occupational, Physical, Speech, Massage Therapies and Dietary Counseling by a registered dietitian. Our therapists have a unique skill set that sets them apart from your typical home care company. Therapies provide in-home care and also specialty evaluations including but not limited to: Home Modifications, Pre-Hospital Discharge, DME, Wheelchair Fitting, Attendant Care, FCEs, Cognitive and much more.

If you already know the Michigan Auto No-Fault world, have relationships, and can talk shop without Googling acronyms mid-conversation—this could be a very good fit.

We’re hiring a Part-Time Business Development Representative to represent three established, respected brands:
• 𝗔𝗜𝗖𝗠 – 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 (Auto No-Fault Case Management)
• 𝗠 & 𝗠 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 (Auto No-Fault Skilled Care & Therapy Services)
• 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 (Auto No-Fault Out-Patient Therapeutic Massage)

This role is about relationships, credibility, and follow-through—not cold calling, not gimmicks, and not spray-and-pray sales.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Representing our companies to case managers, attorneys, physicians, and referral partners
• Strengthening existing relationships and opening new doors
• Educating referral sources on services, capabilities, and differentiators
• Identifying opportunities across case management, home care, and therapy services
• Attending meetings, lunches, events, and industry functions as appropriate
• Acting as a trusted point of contact—not a pushy salesperson
This is a relationship-driven role. If you don’t already understand the Michigan No-Fault ecosystem, this will not be a good match.

𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗥𝗘 𝗔 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨:
• Have direct experience in the Michigan Auto No-Fault industry (required)
• Already know how referrals actually happen in this space
• Are comfortable talking with attorneys, physicians, and case managers
• Can represent multiple service lines professionally and accurately
• Are self-directed, organized, and accountable
• Prefer part-time flexibility over a rigid 9–5 grind

🚫 “Cough CPR” Is Not a Real Lifesaving Technique 🚫

There’s a popular myth floating around that coughing repeatedly during a heart attack—sometimes called “Cough CPR”—can keep your heart going until help arrives. This is false and potentially dangerous.

According to the American Heart Association, “Cough CPR” is not recommended for laypeople and is not a substitute for real CPR. In a true cardiac emergency, coughing won’t restore a normal heartbeat—and wasting time trying it could delay effective care.

✅ The correct response if someone collapses and isn’t breathing normally:
1️⃣ Call 911 immediately
2️⃣ Start hands-only CPR — push hard and fast in the center of the chest

Misinformation can cost lives. Help spread the truth and be prepared to act.
