Lauren’s Greenhouse is seeking a professional, mature caregiver to join our team for weekend shifts in our licensed residential group home facility, as well as for in-home care cases in our residential settings with our sister company Elder Empowerment Services Unlimited.

💲 Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Evaluation after 30 days for continued employment.

🧩 Requirements:
• Experience with ADLs, lifting, transferring, bathing, and medication passing
• Ability to complete accurate documentation
• Self-starter with strong self-motivation
• Able to cook and clean efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to cover shifts when needed

We’re expanding our team and looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to join us — both in-home care (field positions) and group home care at our assisted living facility in Livonia.
Service Areas: Wayne County • Oakland County • Washtenaw County
Now Hiring For:
• Group Home Shifts: 5 PM – 10 PM, 10 PM – 8 AM, and weekends
• In-Home Care (Field Positions): Various shifts available
Requirements:
• Prior caregiving experience
• Ability to transfer and assist with all daily living activities (ADLs)
• Medication passing certification or experience a MUST
• Wound care and memory care experience
• Excellent time management skills
Starting Pay: $16/hour
Evaluation: 30-day review after completion
