Move-Meant specializes in chronic stress and headaches through massage therapy, cransiosacral therapy, and yoga. In 2008 when she was introduced to massage therapy, yoga, and CST that got to the root of her struggle with chronic stress. gh Yoga Alliance (RYT-200), and is also a yoga instructor through American Health and Fitness at Schoolcraft College. Over the 14 years and working with thousands of clients, she discovered that majority of pain and especially headaches comes from chronic stress. From Hannah's own personal and transformational experience when combating chronic stress, she is passionate about helping others to do the same through her work.

Slow Flow & Restore is accessible to practitioners of all levels. We begin with a mindful standing sequence to build gentle heat and mobility, followed by a transition into deep restorative poses. The second half of class is spent entirely on the mat, using props to support your body in total relaxation. You’ll leave feeling recharged, balanced, and deeply at ease.

First week of class is FREE. ✨

We’re located 5 minutes away from Downtown Plymouth. You don’t have to deal with the hassle of parking. 🅿️ 🚫

I started this work because I believed healing deserved better - more integrity, more presence, more real results.

After 17 years in bodywork - including a deep foundation in massage therapy - I made the decision to focus my personal practice on craniosacral therapy and therapeutic yoga. Not because I left massage behind, but because I felt called to go deeper into nervous system work. Massage remains a vital part of healing, and it’s still very much alive at Move-Meant through our talented massage therapist Angela.

I specialize in chronic headaches, migraines, stress, and the kind of tension that never quite goes away no matter what you try. My approach is grounded, deeply personalized, and rooted in one belief: that every person deserves to feel genuinely seen - not just treated.

My journey began at Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2008. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2012, and I am currently completing my craniosacral therapy certification, having deepened my training through SomatoEmotional Release Level 2 (SER²) in June 2025.

Yoga, craniosacral therapy, and massage have shaped me both professionally and personally in ways I continue to discover. This work is ever-evolving - and that’s exactly what I love about it. I bring everything I’ve learned so far, and everything I’m still learning, to every session and every class.
