🎉 Welcome Baby Evan! 👶💙

We’re thrilled to share that Evan Paul Dockery was born on July 12th—happy, healthy, and already so loved!

To focus on this special time and adjust to our new family rhythm, chiropractic appointments have been rescheduled for this week. Dr. Dockery will return to the office starting Monday, July 21st.

👐 Massage therapy with Taylor and Nesha is still available during our break and can be scheduled through The Scheduling App using our clinic code: VACXPZ.

➡️ Updated Chiropractic Hours (starting July 21):
• Monday: 9–12 & 2–6
• Tuesday: 2–6
• Wednesday: 9–12 & 2–6
• Thursday: 2–6 (mornings closed for two weeks)
• Every other Saturday: 9–12

Big news for our Life in Motion Chiropractic family! 🎉

As many of you know, Dr. Dockery and his wife are expecting their first baby, due around July 10th! As we approach the big day, we wanted to give everyone a heads-up that there may be some last-minute changes to our office hours once she goes into labor.

Nesha is a proud graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute and brings 12 years of hands-on experience to the table.

Her approach blends Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, and a touch of Swedish massage to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

She’s passionate about ongoing learning and is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients, starting with you!

In observance of the holiday, Life in Motion Chiropractic will be closed on Monday, May 27.
We’ll reopen with regular hours on Tuesday.
