Dr. Oladayo Davidson Shobola, a Patient Preferred Physician representing Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry in the state of Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan, respectively.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Shobola specializes in general mental health, adult psychiatry, and substance abuse issues. He is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Shobola maintains two private practice locations in Detroit, Michigan, United States, and Ontario, Canada. In addition to his clinical practices, Dr. Shobola is an Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in Western Ontario; and is affiliated with Windsor Regional Hospital and Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Born in Nigeria, Dr. Shobola’s professional journey began with an education in Nigeria where he received his medical degree from one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in his country, The University of Ibadan, in 1987. He then traveled to the Unites States to complete his residency in psychiatry at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. In addition, Dr. Shobola was trained in addiction psychiatry through his fellowship at Wayne State University
