Many people use nasal sprays like Flonase, but small technique mistakes can make them much less effective.

A few quick tips:
• Aim the spray toward your ear, not the middle of your nose
• Keep your head slightly tilted down
• Gentle sniff, not a deep inhale
• Use it consistently, not just when symptoms get bad

Used correctly, nasal steroid sprays are one of the most effective treatments for seasonal allergies.
