Dear Skeptics and critics: Mental Health is real and the Reality is that there are individuals that suffer with severe anxiety. Yes, the true healing and Change starts within but it begins mentally with our thought process. However, many individuals are NOT able to solely arrive to a rational and or logical place of processing there emotions or experiencesin the moment. There can be many internal and external FACTORS that impede a person to think and process their situations or circumstances in a matter that some may feel should or is a Simplistic process. Our reality may not be another's. One's ability to process the reality they are presented with may not be another's ability. Anxiety exist in each of us BUT looks different, presents different, shows up differently and or experienced in many different ways and on many different levels. I use have test anxiety, you may have anxiety about being late for things, driving across bridges, etc. Some can manage with basic self care, self regulation and disciplined think patterns, etc. However, some may need the assistance and support of a Professional Therapist due to more severe influential factors. God created every Healthcare Professional to meet every human need (Medical, Mental and Physical). I have seen a rise in severe anxiety over the past 4-5 years and many times its because of the symptoms being unaddressed and or just societal and or internal factors. Let's not create a STIGMA around a realistic human need- Mental Healthcare.

Peace is established in this world but a given in or spiritual realm. The world is a chaotic place and we have to actively put things in our lives in place to aquire a sense of peace. When we dwell in our inner spirit we reside with peace effortlessly.
