🌿 Deck’s is still here, still open, and still serving Llano! 🌿

The second special session is over and the h**p ban did not make it. That means no shutdown, no empty shelves, and no sending our customers back to the black market.

We know y’all have been nervous, and we have been right there with you. For now, Texas h**p lives on. 🙌

That does not mean the fight is over. It just means we bought time. Lawmakers will be back at it, and we will be here to keep you informed, keep you stocked, and keep standing up for safe, legal h**p.

Starting September 1st, Texas is banning almost all v**e products that aren’t made in the USA.

No h**p v**es, no THC v**es, no kratom v**es, no “fun” ones shaped like pens or toys, not even a mushroom v**e. If it’s made in China, it’s banned.

Fifty Bar will remain. We’ll keep carrying what’s still legal and as v**e companies pivot, so will we.

As we get more info, we’ll keep you updated here.
