If you need a reset, or just a good start, here you go. Grab you some sun, soak in the warmth & get that vitamin D flowing for your body, your bones, your immune system, and your nervous system. Get a boost in seratonin to help with your mood, your focus, and your energy.
Stand solid from the soles of your feet reaching out and up and receive all the warmth & goodness.
This is a personal and intuitive variation.
You don't have to move as I did.
Simply stand still, hands down by your sides, palms facing out and open, or you can reach up as well. Close your eyes, take a full breath in through your nose, hold for two or 3 seconds and release. Do this once or a few times, and return to your natural flow of breath.
Stay for a few moments, or as long as needed. Repeat as often as you'd like.

Next class w/me is on Monday evening at 5:30.
Gentle flow.. we'll work on flexibility, mobility and stability.
Classes are included in membership of the gym. You can also purchase a 24hr gym pass on their website ( shared in comments) which also includes any classes offered dueing the day of the pass. πŸ™Œ

This evening's class was a sweet yin release.
We paused and released in stretchy poses from 1 minute to 3 minutes.
This evenings feedback was "I always feel good when I leave", & "I feel calmer and more relaxed"
Wednesdays are PowerUp/PowerDown.
You recieve an active strength building, body leaning , mobility opening, active practice. We build up from the beginning , and bring it back down at the end to a deeper more active stretch and release.
Both classes are designed to pair perfectly with other workouts such as running, weight lifting, cardio, pilates & athletic sports. It's great if this is the only thing you choose to do too!
