Big news at PGVS! We are getting a new phone system. If you have called at any time in the past 6 years and been frustrated by dropped calls, poor audio quality, certain domestic area codes not ringing through and on and on and on, know that you have not been alone. Until recently we only had one option for our office lines and the service and quality on those lines was… inadequate. We will be making the transition over the next couple of weeks (hopefully it will be done by the beginning of 2026) and will appreciate your continued patience with our phones as we prepare for this change. If you had told me 9 years ago that I would be this excited about phones at any point, I would have dismissed that notion entirely. But here we are.
Please make sure that the number you have saved for our office is our published number and not one of the back office numbers you may have been called from in the past. Our number for business hours and after hours is not changing. That number is (325) 216-3010. The old back office numbers have been disconnected (good riddance) so moving forward the only way to reach us will be via our published number.
Thanks to each and every one of you for your kindness and patience both past and present and because I probably won’t have another post for a while, please have a very Merry Christmas with those you love!
